The Libero Alexandre was signed by Sada Cruzeiro in the 2023/24 season.
At the beginning of 2023/24, he bacameMineiro’s Champion (2023/24) with Sada Cruzeiro.
Born in Rio de Janeiro, Alexandre started playing volleyball in the youth teams of Fluminense (2010 to 2014 and 2016) and Botafogo (2015), and had his first professional opportunity at Sesc RJ (2016 to 2020). He also played for Vedacit Guarulhos (2020/21) and Vôlei Renata for two seasons (2021 to 2023).
He has been champion of Rio de Janeiro four times, is two-time champion of São Paulo and was also champion of Superliga B in 2020 with Guarulhos. He was also in the Brazilian youth teams, from under-19 to under-23, and was the best libero in the under-19 World Cup and also in the under-21 South American Championship.
